Napster Granted Stay!

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has granted Napster's motion to stop Wednesday's ruling to shut down the music-sharing service. Napster warned such an action would mean an end to the company. The RIAA responded to the motion, stating "given Napster’s explosive, unprecedented growth, that harm will increase dramatically if the district court’s order is stayed."
