ArcserveIT for Linux Beta Test

ArcserveIT is a data protection program which can back up data to a number of removable medias including tape, 8mm, and AIT. It features a scheduling function and data verification processes. If there is a problem during a back up process, you can be notified immediately via network broadcasts, email, or even your pager. With ArcserveIT data can be collected from up to 32 machines simultaneously and it also features multiple server support. ArcserveIT can be installed and managed remotely from any workstation. It currently supports Red Hat 6.0 and 6.1 with support for Caldera 2.3, SuSE 6.3, and TurboLinux 4.0 coming in the future.
