Logitech has introduced two new products designed to improve workplace efficiency and collaboration. The Logitech Spot sensor monitors occupancy and environmental conditions, while the Rally Board 65 offers a portable all-in-one video conferencing solution with a 65-inch touchscreen display.
The Logitech Spot tracks room usage and environmental factors like carbon dioxide levels, dust, and other pollutants. Poor indoor air quality can hinder productivity and well-being, and Spot provides businesses with actionable insights to optimize air quality and reduce energy costs. The battery-powered device is easy to install with a peel-and-stick design and connects wirelessly to Logitech CollabOS devices or LoRaWAN gateways for spaces without video conferencing technology. Data is fed into Logitech Sync, where IT teams can view room health and energy scores and receive recommendations for improvement.
Logitech launches Rally Camera Streamline Kit for flexible learning and workplace setups
Logitech has introduced the Rally Camera Streamline Kit, a USB Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) video solution aimed at supporting hybrid learning environments and modern workspaces. As educational institutions and workplaces continue to adapt to changing needs, the demand for easy-to-use, reliable lecture capture technology has grown. Designed around the Rally Camera, this kit offers simple installation, preset camera controls, and compatibility with popular collaboration platforms.
According to Michele Hermann, vice president and general manager of Logitech for Education, “PTZ cameras with speaker tracking for lecture capture are often overly complex and expensive, adding unnecessary hardware to standard USB AV setups while creating unpredictable and distracting experiences.”
Logitech announces MeetUp 2: AI-powered conference camera
Logitech has revealed the upcoming release of MeetUp 2, an AI-enhanced USB conference camera tailored for bring-your-own-device (BYOD) and PC-based setups in huddle and small meeting rooms. Building on the success of its predecessor, the best-selling Logitech MeetUp that has reached over one million units sold, this new model is set to launch in August.
Henry Levak, VP of Product at Logitech B2B, highlights the camera's innovative features, "MeetUp 2 leverages AI with RightSight 2 to create dynamic views that engage remote users effectively, alongside RightSound 2 for advanced voice equalization and noise suppression."
