A month ago we reported that Microsoft was experimenting with bringing tabs to Windows Notepad in Windows 11.

Today, the software giant takes a step forward by making the feature available for users to try for themselves. To make use of this opportunity, however, you will need to be a Windows Insider in the Dev Channel.

The latest Windows 11 build for Insiders in the Dev Channel sees Microsoft experimenting with changes to Windows Spotlight.

That’s not all, of course, there is also a visual update to the graphics settings page, and the usual round of fixes and known issues to be aware of.

Apple today announced its 2nd generation HomePod smart speaker. The new device is designed to suit any home and sports an acoustically transparent mesh fabric and a backlit touch surface that illuminates from edge to edge.

Apple today announced the release of its new 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro laptops, featuring the company's next-generation silicon, M2 Pro and M2 Max.

Apple says the new MacBook Pro is able to handle demanding tasks such as effects rendering and color grading up to 6x and 2x faster respectively than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Pro. Additionally, the battery life has been extended to 22 hours, the longest battery life ever for a Mac.

The second and final Release Candidate for Kodi 20 'Nexus' was rolled out to testers a month ago and today the full, finished version arrives. This is the first release in a while that clears all known blockers, meaning it becomes available for all platforms.

Build 25272 comes with a set of improvements and fixes, including moving Quick Assist from Windows Tools to the Start menu’s All apps list where it will be easier to find.

While Kodi 20 'Nexus' is nearing an official release, it’s not quite game over for Kodi 19 'Matrix' as the Kodi Foundation has just released version 19.5 and you can download it now.
