With a myriad of new features and added support, Opera Software has released a beta of version 4.0 of its Opera Web browser for Windows. This version brings an e-mail client and 128-bit encryption to the table, along with new support for WAP, HTML 4.0, WML, ECMAScript, and JavaScript, as well as support for plugins.
