America Online a Monopoly?

According to a small competitor AOL is exactly that, a monopoly. Massachusetts based Galaxy Internet Services has filed in Boston this week, charging AOL with prohibiting competition with its new software and business practices. Galaxy sued AOL last year with the claim that version 5.0 of AOL's software intentionally blocked rival ISPs from providing service to AOL users.
