The competition in the pay-to-surf market has gone through the roof since the first service started not too long ago. Spamming of referral IDs and become-a-member e-mails has flooded you e-mail box all to often. A new service from OpinionBar.com has changed the way pay-to-surf works. Instead of banner ads at the bottom of the screen, a simple rating scale appears, where you rate Web sites, services, and products for cash and other items.

The viewbar comes in a variety of colors and styles themed for certain WEb sites. They are in need of beta testers to make sure the service works, and offer a list of sites currently participating in OpinionBar surveys.
