Microsoft Ruling on Hold...Again

In a surprise move today, Judge Thomas Pinfield Jackson delayed the ruling in the highly publicized Microsoft anti-trust lawsuit. The judge delayed the ruling in order for both sides to submit further filings in the case before he would decide the fate of the Redmond giant. The DOJ and Microsoft have been laughing at the proposed solutions coming from each side, most recently Microsoft saying the DOJ proposal was "defective" amongst other things.
