Napster Makes Last Efforts

Reports are flying around the net that the infamous Napster executives have secretly been holding meetings with record executives over the last few weeks in a last ditch effort to settle the lawsuits out of court. The RIAA vs Napster trial is set to be ruled on next month, and the hopes of Napster winning the case have dwindled from the onset. This is the corporations last efforts to appease the labels so they may remain in business. MP3.com recently settled its lawsuit by creating a subscription-based service for its users.
