At the PC Expo today, Palm Inc. announced that it will roll out Palm devices that feature postage stamp sized slots that will be used to expand the memory on the Palm PDAs. The slots will also be compatible with Bluetooth wireless technology, making it easier for consumers to enhance their PDAs with wireless connectivity and such. In the future the slot could be used for other technologies much like the Handspring, which allows users to plug in cellular phones and MP3 players. Visit Palm Inc. for more information.
