Aimster and Intel Together?

A short time ago new software hit the Internet that allowed a Napster-like exchange of music and files through America Online Instant Messenger. The new software, entitled Aimster, has reportedly attracted a million users to date, an explosive growth rate. Now officials at the company have told Reuters that they are currently holding discussions with Chipzilla Intel about a strategic partnership. Not only are they currently talking, but they were approached by Intel, and not the other way around. A representative for the Aimster development team told reporters that he hopes to one day work out a deal with AOL, however that seems unlikely considering Gnutella was cancelled in no time when the online giant caught wind of the project.
