Marshall Heston 120 TV soundbar brings Dolby Atmos and iconic design to home audio

Marshall has announced its first-ever TV soundbar, the Heston 120. Marshall says it’s engineered for both music and TV, refusing to settle for the usual compromise most soundbars offer. Dolby Atmos and DTS-X are both on board, with 11 drivers positioned to bounce sound around your space.

You’ll find plenty of modern features packed inside. HDMI eARC support is here, along with HDMI passthrough for extra flexibility. The Heston 120 also supports Wi-Fi connections via Google Cast, AirPlay, Spotify Connect, and Tidal Connect. Bluetooth is on deck, too, and even old-school analog fans get RCA input support, so vintage music gear isn’t left out.

SiriusXM and FOX Nation team up for new streaming bundle

SiriusXM and FOX Nation are teaming up for an exciting new streaming deal that might catch the eye of folks who want more bang for their buck. You see, starting today, subscribers can get both services together here for just $11.99 a month. According to the companies, that’s a saving of about 33 percent.

With this new plan, customers get SiriusXM’s “All Access (App Only)” and everything FOX Nation has to offer. That means ad-free music channels, live sports, political talk, comedy, faith-based programming, and even FOX News simulcasts are all part of the package. FOX Nation brings in its original content, too, including titles like Martin Scorsese Presents: The Saints, Yellowstone to Yosemite with Kevin Costner, and Greg Gutfeld’s What Did I Miss?

Spotify has an intriguing new incentive to become a Premium subscriber

A lack of ads and unlimited track skipping are both pretty good reasons to cough up for a Spotify Premium subscription, but for some people it is not enough.

The streaming audio service apparently agrees that paying subscribers do not currently get enough for their outlay and is adding features to increase value for money. So, what does Spotify think will entice would-be subscribers into taking the plunge? New control buttons; buttons most people would reasonably expect to be included in an audio app as standard, rather than as a premium feature.
