MSI launches RadiX AXE6600 Tri-band Wi-Fi 6E gaming router with RGB lighting

When you think of the brand MSI, you probably picture things like laptops, desktops, motherboards, and other PC accessories. MSI products are legendary with the PC gaming community. While MSI is not a name you would normally associate with networking gear, the company is looking to change that by launching two all new wireless gaming routers.
Called "RadiX AXE6600," this Tri-band Wi-Fi 6E router has six external antennas that all feature RGB lighting. Yes, folks, you can customize the light colors on this router. The RGB can even be used to indicate the in-use QoS mode. The router has four Gigabit LAN ports and a 2.5G WAN port. You also get a USB-A port.
Google launches Nest Wifi Pro with Wi-Fi 6E

If you consider yourself a technology enthusiast, then you absolutely must have the latest and greatest in wireless networking. In other words, anybody who is anybody has a Wi-Fi 6E router. After all, the 6GHz band it adds makes regular Wi-Fi 6 far inferior.
Fans of the Google Wifi mesh system have been clamoring for a Wi-Fi 6E upgrade, and today, it finally happens! The unimaginatively named Nest Wifi Pro is here to blanket your home with that glorious 6GHz band. And yes, smart home fans, the Tri-band router (2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz) also serves as a Thread border router -- it will eventually be a Matter hub too.
TP-Link Deco XE75 Pro Wi-Fi 6E tri-band mesh system has Multi-Gig Ethernet

Back in April, we told you about the Deco XE75 -- an affordable Wi-Fi 6E tri-band mesh system. TP-Link's AXE5400 wireless networking system comes with two 802.11ax access points, each with three Gigabit Ethernet ports. At just $299.99, it is quite a great value.
Today, TP-Link launches a "Pro" version of the Deco XE75. Yes, the name of this product is "Deco XE75 Pro." Why exactly does this new product get a "Pro" moniker? Well, it has one significant upgrade over the non-Pro variant -- a multi-gig port. You see, rather than have three Gigabit ports, each access point features two Gigabit LAN ports and one 2.5G WAN/LAN port.
NETGEAR AXE11000 Orbi Quad-Band Wi-Fi 6E Mesh System (RBKE963) is expensive AF

Regular Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) is great, but Wi-Fi 6E is even better -- that's why many consumers wisely skipped Wi-Fi 6 and stuck with Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) a bit longer. But wait, what exactly is the difference? Does that letter "E" really matter? Actually, yes, because it indicates the use of a 6GHz band -- a much-less crowded frequency compared to 2.4GHz or 5GHz. This extra bandwidth, lower latency, and reduced congestion is why Wi-Fi 6E is so exciting.
To truly take advantage of this new standard, you will need both a router and clients with the capability. Today, NETGEAR announces the most exciting Wi-Fi 6E system yet. Called "AXE11000 Orbi WiFi Mesh System (RBKE963)," it is a quad-band system consisting of a Wi-Fi 6E router and two 6E satellite access points. It is designed to blanket even excessively large homes with cutting-edge wireless networking. Sadly, it carries a shockingly high price tag -- this mesh system is expensive AF!
