Red Hat Makes $102 Million Bid for E-Commerce Company

Linux distribution Red Hat, Inc. shares surged up 41 points today, on reports it plans to buy out e-commerce company "Hell’s Kitchen Systems." In purchasing Hell’s Kitchen, and their product, a credit card verification system, Red Hat hopes to strengthen its role as an e-commerce OS. Red Hat closed at $256 dollars a share.
