A New Precedent in LCD Screens

After nearly a decade of research in optics, visual psychology, and electronics, Dimension Technologies Inc. has developed a new line of LCD screens that may change the visual aspect of computing for a long time to come.

Currently, Dimension Technologies is distributing 12", 15" and 18" flat panel LCD monitors that contain the patented, ‘auto stereoscopic 3D’ imaging technology.

"Images on these LCD displays exhibit startling depth and realism, and can show both static and full motion video images in millions of colors. The effect is usually described as ‘Wow!’" Says Dimension’s Web site.

Currently, Dimension’s technology can be applied to any LCD display with only minimal increase in unit cost to the manufacturer. The technology enables a "true3d" look to be implemented into notebook and desktop computer systems, as well as the new and evolving flat panel televisions.
