Napster Files Copyright Suit on Logo

Napster, in the midst of several court battles itself for copyright infringement, has filed its own copyright lawsuit in U.S. District Court in San Francisco. The suit stems from alleged copying of the Napster logo on t-shirts and other such merchandise by Sports Service, Inc. who is retailing the items on its Web site Napsterstore.com.
