COMDEX 99: Linux PC jNetCube

Hardware in the computer consists of a StrongARM SA-110 233MHz chip,
along with between 16MB and 64MB of SDRAM. A sizeable 13GB hard drive is
included as well as a 2MB to 4MB SVGA video card. For networking ability, a
choice of 100/10 Base Ethernet or 56k modem is available. The JNetCube comes
standard with 2 PCI slots, making it a nicely expandable PC at low
costs to the user. A floppy drive is standard along with a high speed
CD-ROM.

Operating on Linux Kernel 2.2.10, this PC comes prepackaged with
Netscape, ICQ, Samba, and Apache Web server software. An array of
development tools is provided with this system to coincide with the
open source nature of Linux. Perl, Tcl/Tk and Xlisp programs are also included.
Among other utilities and multimedia components, the jNetCube comes standard with The
GIMP, an open source Photoshop clone, and Ghostview, a Post Script environment, as well as Xaudio for playing MP3 and WAV media.

This computer is a great choice for small businesses and developers as the
