Verizon to offer discounted deal on FIOS for a limited time only

Internet, TV and phone have become, perhaps sadly, some of the most important services in our lives. The problem for many of us is getting the service we want as it's limited in most areas -- in fact, many people only have one choice thanks to monopolies by area.

If you live in a location which has Verizon then you have access to one of the faster connections in the United States and now you can get a better deal on the service, although it's for a limited time only.

Starting at midnight on Thanksgiving night and running through Cyber Monday, Verizon will offer a special deal for all new Gigabit customers. You can get internet, TV and phone for a guaranteed $79.99 per month for two years, although this does require a two-year contract. In addition, customers can choose one of three free gifts -- a Google Home, Nest thermostat or a $100 Target gift card. Not enough? It also comes with Showtime and a multi-room DVR.

"The $79.99 a month Fios Gigabit Connection bundle with two-year price guarantee plus SHOWTIME and multi-room DVR service for two years will be available throughout the holiday season. But while the Fios 100 percent fiber-optic network was built to be future proof, the Black Friday device offer only lasts for five days", the company clarifies.
