Ockel Sirius A is the world's most versatile mini Windows 10 PC
If you have a phone running Windows 10 Mobile, you can use it as a mini PC, connecting it to a TV or monitor. However, this functionality -- Continuum for phones -- is only available on certain devices.
If you want a more powerful pocket PC, then Ockel Sirius A is a promising solution. It’s a full Windows 10 PC in a tiny, mobile-sized device that will fit comfortably in your pocket.
Ockel Sirius A runs Windows 10 Home (64-bit) and is powered by an Intel Atom x7 Z8750 processor, Intel HD Graphics 405, with 4GB LPDDR3-1600 RAM and 64GB of internal storage and a microSD slot. It has a built-in 6-inch full HD (1920 x 1080px) touch screen display and an array of ports in the rear -- 2x USB 3.0, DisplayPort, HDMI, USB Type-C and LAN.
It comes with Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Magnetometer sensors, and a front facing camera, microphone and speakers.
On the side of the device is an on/off switch, volume rocker and audio jack.
The full list of specs is as follows:
Ockel Sirius A is crowdfunding on Indiegogo at the moment where it has currently raised $108,185 -- 108 percent of its goal.
If you’re interested in the device, it’s available for a super early bird pledge of $499 (plus shipping), and you’ll get a free Avanca Powerbar Pro 900 (worth $69) with it. The finished pocket PC is expected to retail for $699, so there's a fair saving to be had.
If you want more storage, there's a 128GB model available for an additional $60.
Shipping is estimated at May 2017, and it will be available in a choice of three colors -- Moon Silver, Meteor Grey, and Venus Gold.
