Warner, Bertelsmann Settle Over Napster

NEWS IN BRIEF German media conglomerate Bertlesmann said Tuesday that it had agreed to settle with Warner Music for $110 million surrounding claims related to its involvement in Napster, in which it had invested in 2000.
