BMG and Napster Deal

This just in: Reuters is reporting that BMG has agreed to form a strategic alliance with the powerful Napster file-sharing software as soon as Napster agrees to create a membership based service. BMG is one of the companies currently suing Napster over copyright infringement, a suit that the companies will, and already have won in some courts if Napster refuses to change its current practices.
