Supreme Court Says No to MS

The United States Supreme Court has decided not to hear the anti-trust case against the Redmond Giant today. The case will now go back down to federal appeals court, a place where Microsoft feels they may have an advantage, as appeals court has generally been favorable in overturning previous decisions for the software company.
