Bytemasters Seeks CRM Testers

Bytemasters has begun accepting applications from beta testers interested in debugging Contact Master 2, Workgroups Edition, a new customer relationship management (CRM) software solution for small to mid-sized businesses. Participants in the beta test will receive a complimentary 50-seat final version of Contact Master 2, valued at $39,750.

Currently used by AT&T, Phillips Petroleum, Eli Lilly and others, Contact Master allows workgroups of users to store, organize and share information. Contact Master 2 features a self healing database, two years of free upgrades, a free 90-day trial, and support for a virtually unlimited number of organizations, contacts, documents, tasks, notes, and more.

Testers are expected to meet the following requirements:

  • Test the software under normal operating conditions
  • Operate Microsoft Windows based computers
  • Maintain access to an Internet connection
  • Use a standard web browser
  • Use a standard email client
  • Gather and report defects and test data to Bytemasters
  • Allow Bytemasters access to the software during normal working hours for inspection, modifications and maintenance
  • Treat the software in the strictest confidence

The test application simply requires details about the organization and current CRM implementations. To apply for the Contact Masters 2 beta, review the Bytemasters beta test agreement and complete the signup form.
