Castles and Kingdoms -- Empire is a multiplayer strategy game. You are the king of a small settlement, and need to grow your kingdom from humble beginnings to become an empire.

You can join or form clans, expand your domain, and a lot more.

City Mania (Canada, maybe other countries as well)

city-mania

City Mania is Gameloft's latest game for Windows 10. The name suggests it already: you are a builder whose task is it to build the "best city ever".

The game has a cartoon look and feel to it, and even lets you build futuristic buildings.
