Microsoft opens pre-orders for standard Xbox One X
Hopefully you have been saving up, because today the standard version of the not-particularly-cheap Xbox One X is available to pre-order. Last month saw the Project Scorpio Edition open up for pre-orders, and now it's time for those who are interested in the standard black model.
The console will be available worldwide on November 7, but if you want to avoid disappointment on the day, it's probably best to get your order for "the world's most powerful console" in right now -- links are below. As well as opening up pre-orders today, Microsoft has announced that the list of Xbox One X enhanced games has grown to over 130.

The Xbox One X is priced at $499 in the US, £449 in the UK, and €499 in the rest of Europe. You'll be able to pre-order your console at stores such as BestBuy and GameStop, but it's likely to be Microsoft's own store and Amazon that are hit the hardest.
Announcing the pre-order availability, Xbox corporate vice president Mike Nichols says:
We know you are anxious to get your hands on the world’s most powerful console and so today, I am excited to announce Xbox One X standard edition pre-orders begin today. Local retailers around the world, including Microsoft Store and Microsoft.com, are opening up more pre-orders for Xbox One X, so be sure to get yours today.
When it comes to games, we’re thrilled to announce that you’ll be able to enjoy more than 130 (and counting!) new and existing games enhanced for Xbox One X to take advantage of its full power, including Far Cry 5, L.A.
