Kensington launches security mount for Apple’s M4 Mac mini

Kensington has released a cool new product for fans of Apple’s diminutive desktop -- the Security Mount for the Mac mini equipped with M4 and M4 Pro chips. This mount is designed to help users securely install and protect the compact computer, making it suitable for home, office, and shared workspaces.
The Mac mini’s recent redesign incorporates Apple’s silicon into a smaller 5x5-inch form factor -- a space-efficient design. While the reduced size saves desk space, it also introduces potential security concerns, which the Kensington Security Mount aims to address. The worry is, someone could easily walk off with it before someone notices.

Kensington releases SlimBlade Pro Trackball

There are typically two types of people in this world -- those that like mice, and those that prefer trackpads. There is a third group of computer user, however, that is quite small comparatively, but very passionate -- trackball lovers. While trackballs have largely fallen out of favor with most consumers, there are still some folks that swear by them.
Today, Kensington releases a new trackball that is sure to make fans of the product type very excited. Called "SlimBlade Pro," the beautiful trackball can connect to a computer wirelessly or wired (via USB). The product features a large 55mm trackball, Optical Tracking Technology, and 128-bit AES Encryption.
Kensington launches K62330WW VeriMark Desktop Fingerprint Key for Windows 10

Windows 10 is a great operating system for several reasons. For instance, it is stable, secure, and compatible with a ton of hardware. Microsoft has done a phenomenal job of making Windows 10 better year after year.
One of my favorite aspects of Windows 10 is Windows Hello -- the biometic security system that allows you to unlock your PC with your face or a fingerprint. Biometric unlocking on Linux is pretty much non-existent for typical desktop users, which is very annoying. Apple's macOS has Touch ID with compatible laptops, but it can't be used immediately after a boot like Window Hello can. You also can't add Touch ID to a Mac using USB like you can with Windows 10 and Windows Hello.
Kensington unveils SD5700T Thunderbolt 4 Dual 4K Docking Station with 90W PD

Well, folks, Thunderbolt 4 is no longer the future -- it is the present. What does this mean? It is time for manufacturers to start flooding the market with TB4 docking stations! Make no mistake, Thunderbolt 4-enabled computers should work fine with existing Thunderbolt 3 hardware, including docks. With that said, if you get yourself a TB4 computer, and you don't already have a TB3 dock, you should absolutely try and buy a TB4 dock.
Today, Kensington unveils its first such product. Called "SD5700T," it is a Thunderbolt 4 Docking Station with 90W power delivery. For video, it can output dual 4K or single 8K. It is loaded to the gills with useful ports, such as USB-A, Gigabit Ethernet, and USB-C/Thunderbolt 4. But also, it features an SD card reader and a beautiful aluminum chassis. This should be a great way to transform a new TB4 laptop into a proper desktop computer.
