Best Windows apps this week
One-hundred and eighty-two in a series. Welcome to this week's overview of the best apps, games and extensions released for Windows 8.x and Windows 10 in the past seven days.

As far as Red Stripe Deals are concerned, it is just a bunch of Toca apps for kids that were discounted last week as well.
App of the week
GPX Viewer and Recorder is a port of the popular mobile phone application.
It enables you to use location-services to record tracks using your Windows device.
The app features several modes of operation:
- Compass sync with map.
- Draw a route on a map based on where you go.
- Follow the user but don't draw the route.
- Replay a route on a map.
The application can be useful for outdoor activities or traveling as options to import or export routes are provided.
Other apps
DI.FM is a popular Internet radio station for digital music. The unofficial client lists available stations -- atmospheric breaks, Dub Step, DJ Mixes and dozens more -- in its interface on start.
Simply click or tap on a station for more information and then on the play button to start the stream.
You may favorite stations for easier access, and can check out the track history in case you are interested in a previously played song.
LUDO Blitz is a multiplayer variant of the popular LUDO boardgame in which you play against other human players on a modified board featuring special fields that -- to be frank -- make the game even more random than the original version.
The game features free to play elements, most notably money that you spend to play games, and boosters that give you advantages while playing it.
NotePadX is one of the many plain text editor apps for Windows 10.
The application enables you to create, modify and open plain text documents.
If you need a plain text editor in app-format, then you may want to check it out.
Office Online is a browser extension for Microsoft Edge that provides you with quick access to documents on OneDrive or OneDrive for Business accounts.
It enables you to create, open and save documents right from the Microsoft Edge web browser (which redirects you to the OneDrive or Office website).
This browser extension for Microsoft Edge allows you to copy information that you come across on the Internet to OneNote.
Simply click on the OneNote Web Clipper icon when you want to copy content to OneNote.
It appears that it is only possible to copy the whole article / content to OneNote currently and not a selection.
ROBLOX is a free multiplayer gaming system which offers thousands of games that you can play online.
All games share certain characteristics, like the graphics style but are quite diverse otherwise.
To give you some examples of games: you can battle pirates or jets, be the cashier at a pizza place, hang out with friends, or combat zombies.
All games feature messaging and chat functionality, and avatars that you can customize.
Sunset Bike Racer is a free motocross racing game in which you need to need to overcome obstacles to reach the finish line in each of the levels the game ships with.
Game controls are easy to learn: accelerate with space, break with Ctrl, use the boost with Shift, and control the bike using the left and right arrow keys.
Notable updates
Mail and Calendar update brings the option to merge multiple inboxes, scale enhanced images, and select all / Shift-Select functionality.
