IObit releases first public beta of Advanced SystemCare 10

IObit has unveiled the first public beta of IObit Advanced SystemCare 10, its hugely comprehensive do-everything PC maintenance suite.

The latest release has a new ad-blocker in IObit’s redesigned and extended Surfing Protection add-on.

The Clean & Optimize module has a new Startup Optimization tool which checks for surplus startup items, and can optimize them all with a click.

A Resource Manager in the Performance Monitor highlights processes hogging system resources and enables closing them on demand.

There are enhancements for the Homepage Protection, Privacy Sweep, Software Updater and other modules. There’s a "brand new intuitive UI", apparently, though it looks very similar to us.

All this comes on top of the already lengthy list of functions and features, which now includes an application uninstaller, driver updater, defrag tool, malware remove, memory optimizer, disk cleaner, internet connection optimizer, Registry cleaner, Windows tweaker, disk doctor, undeleter, secure file wiper, duplicate file finder, and more.

The beta installed and ran without issue for us, but treat it with care: this kind of tool can monitor and affect many Windows and application settings, and any bugs could cause serious issues. Don’t install or run it anywhere that isn’t fully backed up.

IObit Advanced SystemCare 10 beta 1.0 is available now for Windows XP and later.
