Best Windows 10 apps this week
Two-hundred-and-forty-four in a series. Welcome to this week's overview of the best apps, games and extensions released for Windows 10 on the Windows Store in the past seven days.
Microsoft announced a new high-end edition of Windows 10 last week. Windows 10 Pro for Workstations expands hardware support among a handful of other changes.

Microsoft Edge Extensions
BetterTTV improves the online streaming service Twitch in numerous ways.
It adds anonymous chat, a dark theme, more emotes, link previews, and loads the recent chat history on start.
Everkey is a password manager on a Bluetooth device. The company that manufacturers the password manager published an extension for Microsoft Edge that brings the functionality of the Bluetooth password manager to Microsoft's web browser.
The core features of the extension are automatic sign ins, support for multiple accounts for the same site, password generation, and the storing of account data.
New Windows 10 apps and games
Audio Modifier is a simple application to modify sound. You may record your voice or load a wav file, and apply sound effects to it.
Options range from making the voice sound robotic or squirrel-like to playing it backwards or making it sound as if you are in a cave or underwater.
Crackle offers free and original TV shows and movies that you can stream using the service's apps. It is available for a wide variety of devices, and now also on Windows 10.
The app requires no authentication or cable subscription. You can create a free account to save where you stopped watching a show or movie to pick it up later on any device supporting Crackle.
Newton for Windows (beta)
Newton for Windows is a port of the popular email client. It requires the Windows 10 Anniversary Update or newer, and is currently only available to Newton subscribers.
You may integrate any email provider in the application, and make use of features such as tidy inbox, or the application's distraction-free conversation view.

SmartByte is designed to prioritize video streams when run on the Windows 10 system.
The application detects video streams automatically in network packets and prioritizes them to improve the streaming experience.
Note that the application is only available for Dell Inspiron devices right now.
